   The JTMH7401A is a complete, cost effective,highly-efficient power management solution
that is ideal for a wide range of portable handheld equipment. This device integrates a
compact, high efficiency, and low voltage step-up DC/DC converter and one power switch.
VOUT1 is a compact, high efficiency, and low voltage step-up DC/DC converter including an
error amplifier, ramp generator, comparator,switch pass element and driver in which providing
a stable and high efficient operation over a wide range of load currents. It operates in stable
waveforms without external compensation.
VOUT2 is an integrated 200mΩ power switch for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Series
Bus (USB) applications. The protection functions include current limiting at 1.4A (VIN=3.6V) to meet
USB power requirement, and thermal shutdown to protect damage under over current condition.
