   The JTSU8665 IS step-up DC/DC converters designed to drive up to 8 LEDs n9H嘉泰姆

in series from a Li-Ion cell. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical n9H嘉泰姆

LED currents and eliminates the need for ballast resistors. These devices n9H嘉泰姆

integrate the Schottky diode required externally on competing devices. n9H嘉泰姆

Additional features include output voltage limiting when LEDs are disconnected, n9H嘉泰姆

onepin shutdown and dimming control. The JTSU8665 has internal soft-start. n9H嘉泰姆

The JTSU8665 switches at 1.2MHz, allowing the use of tiny external components. n9H嘉泰姆

Constant frequency switching results in low input noise and a small output capacitor. n9H嘉泰姆

 Just 0.22μF is required for 4-, 6- or 8-LED applications. The JTSU8665 is n9H嘉泰姆

available in low profile(1mm)6-lead  n9H嘉泰姆
