The CXAS42256 is a single or gate with high speed. It's designed for 1.65V to 5.5V Vcc operation, and low power consumption. The CXAS42256 performs the Boolean function Y=A+B. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the output, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is power down. The G3601 is available in the WLCSP2X3-5 package
