一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6127 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 2A of2Yf嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides an output voltage2Yf嘉泰姆

from 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6127 ideal for low voltage power conversions. Running at a fixed frequency2Yf嘉泰姆

of 1.3MHz allows the use of small external components,such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small2Yf嘉泰姆

inductors, while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output along with its excellent efficiency2Yf嘉泰姆

achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier, making CXSD6127 an ideal green replacement for large power2Yf嘉泰姆

consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and2Yf嘉泰姆

thermal-overload protection improves design reliability.The CXSD6127 is available in a SOT23-6 Package.2Yf嘉泰姆
