一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6141  CXSD6141B  is a wide input range, high-efficiency,and high frequency DC-to-DCAac嘉泰姆

step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 0.7A of output current. Aac嘉泰姆

With a fixed switching frequency of 660KHz, this current mode PWM controlled Aac嘉泰姆

converter allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input andAac嘉泰姆

output caps, as well as small inductors.CXSD6141 also employs a proprietary control Aac嘉泰姆

scheme that switches the device into a power save mode during light load, thereby Aac嘉泰姆

extending the range of high efficiency operation. An OVP function protects the ICAac嘉泰姆

itself and its downstream system against input voltage surges. With this OVPAac嘉泰姆

function, the IC can stand off input voltage as high as 42V, making it an idealAac嘉泰姆

solution for industrial applications such as smart meters as well as automotiveAac嘉泰姆

  In automotive systems, power comes from the battery, with its voltage typically Aac嘉泰姆

between 9V and 24V. Including cold crank and double battery jump-starts, Aac嘉泰姆

the minimum input voltage may be as low as 4V and the maximum up to 36V, with Aac嘉泰姆
