       CXDC65109系列是把线圈和控制IC组成一体的超小型(2.5mm×2.0mm, h=1.0mm)降压DC/DC转换器。只在外部增加两个陶瓷电容即可构成最大负载电流600mA的电源。工作电压在2.0V~6.0V之间。输出电压在0.8~4.0V的范围内能以0.05V的间隔设定。控制IC工作于开关频率3MHz,内置0.42ΩPch驱动晶体管及0.52ΩNch开关晶体管的同步整流方式。能从轻负载到高负载的整个负载范围内实现高速响应,低纹波,高效率。在待机时停止整个电路把消耗电流抑制在1.0μA以下。此外,内置了UVLO(Under Voltage Lock Out)功能,输入电压在1.4V以下时,强制停止内部驱动晶体管工作。CXDC65109B(F,G)系列具有高速软启动功能达到0.25ms(TYP.)的启动时间。CXDC65109B(C,F,G)系列利用CL的放电功能在待机时接通LX-VSS之间的内部开关,通过内部阻抗使负载电容CL的电荷放电。由此放电功能,输出电压能高速地返回VSS电平。The CXDC65107/CXDC65108/CXDC65109 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.5mm×2.0mm, H=1.0mm). A stable power supply with an output current of 600mA is configured using only two capacitors connected externally. Operating voltage range is from 2.0V to 6.0V( L20xG:1.8V~6.0V). Output voltage is internally set in a range from 0.8V to 4.0V in increments of 0.05V. The device is operated by 3.0MHz, and includes 0.42ΩP-channel driver transistor and 0.52Ω N-channel switching transistor. As for operation mode, the CXDC65107 series is PWM control, the CXDC65108 series is automatic PWM/PFM switching control and the CXDC65109 series can be manually switched between the PWM control mode and the automatic PWM/PFM switching control mode, allowing fast response, low ripple and high efficiency over the full range of loads (from light load to heavy load). During stand-by, the device is shutdown to reduce current consumption to as low as 1.0μA or less. With the built-in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function, the internal driver transistor is forced OFF when input voltage becomes 1.4V or lower. CXDC65107B(G,F)/CXDC65108B(G,F)/CXDC65109B(G,F) series provide short-time turn-on by the soft start function internally set in 0.25 ms (TYP). CXDC65107B(C,G,F) /CXDC65108 B(C,G,F) / CXDC65109B(C,G,F) integrate CL auto discharge function which enables the electric charge stored at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal auto-discharge switch located between the LX and VSS pins. When the devices enter stand-by mode, output voltage quickly returns to the VSS level as a result of this function.b0H嘉泰姆
