N-channel MOSFETs for each channel) and two low drop-Qh3嘉泰姆

out regulators as well as various protections into a chip.Qh3嘉泰姆

The PWM controllers step down high voltage of a batteryQh3嘉泰姆

to generate low-voltage for NB applications. The outputQh3嘉泰姆

of PWM1 and PWM2 can be adjusted from 2V to 5.5V byQh3嘉泰姆

setting a resistive voltage-divider from VOUTx to GND.Qh3嘉泰姆

The linear regulators provide 5V and 3.3V output forQh3嘉泰姆

standby power supply. The linear regulators provide upQh3嘉泰姆

to 100mA output current. When the PWMx output voltageQh3嘉泰姆

is higher than LDOx bypass threshold, the related LDOxQh3嘉泰姆

regulator is shut off and its output is connected to VOUTxQh3嘉泰姆

by internal switchover MOSFET. It can save powerQh3嘉泰姆

dissipation. The charge pump circuit with 270kHz clockQh3嘉泰姆

driver uses VOUT1 as its power supply to generate ap-Qh3嘉泰姆

proximately 15V DC voltage.Qh3嘉泰姆

The APW8822/A/B/C provides excellent transientQh3嘉泰姆

response and accurate DC output voltage in either PFMQh3嘉泰姆

or PWM Mode. In Pulse-Frequency Mode (PFM), theQh3嘉泰姆

APW8822/A/B/C provides very high efficiency over lightQh3嘉泰姆

to heavy loads with loading-modulated switchingQh3嘉泰姆

frequencies. The Forced-PWM Mode works nearly atQh3嘉泰姆

constant frequency for low-noise requirements. TheQh3嘉泰姆

unique ultrasonic mode maintains the switchingQh3嘉泰姆

frequency above 25kHz, which eliminates noise inQh3嘉泰姆

audio application.Qh3嘉泰姆
