    The CXDR7516C  series devices area set of three terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in8Y3嘉泰姆

 CMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from8Y3嘉泰姆

 0.9V to 5.0V. The voltage detectors consist of a high-precision and low power consumption standard8Y3嘉泰姆

 voltage source as well as a comparator,hysteresis circuit, and an output driver (CMOS inverter or 8Y3嘉泰姆

NMOS open drain). CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although designed primarily 8Y3嘉泰姆

as fixed voltage detectors, these devices can be used with external components to detect user specified8Y3嘉泰姆
