一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSU6317 is a compact and high efficiency asynchronous step-up DC/DC
converter. It can provide high efficiency even at heavy load by internal NMOS
switch. The CXSU6317 generates an output voltage of up to 5.5V from an input
voltage as low as 2.5V.
    The CXSU6317 is ideal for applications where space is limited with tiny, low
cost and low profile external components.
    The CXSU6317 is available in a low profile SOT-23-6L package.
