一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXLB7203G is a complete constant current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries.qgL嘉泰姆

 Its package and low external component count make the JTM6009G ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore, qgL嘉泰姆

the JTM6009G is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.qgL嘉泰姆

The charge voltage is fixed at 4.22V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor.qgL嘉泰姆

 The JTM6009G automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10^th the programmed qgL嘉泰姆

value after the final float voltage is reached.qgL嘉泰姆

The CXLB7203G converters are available in the industry standard SOP8-PP power packages (or upon request).qgL嘉泰姆
