The CXLC8L048 is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller, it is one of CXLC8 series products. Its memory capacity includes 48 Bytes RAM, 1K *14 bits ROM. Other features include RTC timer, TCC timer, one Group Port I/O (8 I/O pins), a programmable sound generator (PJTMS) and a LCD module are built in the chip. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 12 segments and up to 4 commons and it supports 1/3 bias and 1/4 duty only (48 dots = 4com* 12seg). uA9嘉泰姆
