GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CXLC8L050 is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller, it is one of JTMS8 series products. Its memory capacity includes 80 Bytes SRAM, 2K *14 bits ROM. Other features include RTC timer, TCC timer, two Groups Port I/O (I/O pins: P1.0~P1.3, P2.0~P2.4, P2.6), a programmable sound generator (PJTMS) and a LCD module are built in the chip. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 24 segments and up to 4 commons and it supports 1/3 bias (96 dots = 4com* 24seg)

l Clock Sources
- 32768Hz crystal oscillator with external crystal. - RC oscillator with external resistor.
l Oscillator mode
- 32768Hz crystal oscillator work only. - 32768Hz crystal oscillator and RC oscillator work together.
l When 32768Hz crystal oscillator and RC oscillator work together, MCU supports five work modes to reduce the current consumer.
- Normal1: MCU, 32768Hz clock and RC oscillator turn on.
- Normal2: MCU, RC oscillator turn on, 32768Hz clock turn off.
- Slow: MCU, 32768Hz clock turn on, RC oscillator turn off.
- Idle: MCU, RC oscillator turn off, 32768Hz clock turn on.
- Sleep: MCU, 32768Hz clock and RC oscillator turn off.
l When 32768Hz crystal oscillator work only, MCU supports three work modes to reduce the current consumer.
- Slow: MCU and 32768Hz crystal oscillator turn on.
- Idle: MCU turn off, 32768Hz crystal oscillator turn on.
- Sleep: MCU and 32768Hz crystal oscillator turn off.
l 6 hard interrupt source: RTC overflow interrupt, 4 external interrupts, TCC overflow interrupt.
l Built-in programmable sound generator (PJTMS).
l Watchdog Timer (WDT) with its own on-chip RC oscillator to prevent system stand still.
l Built-in power on reset (POR).
l Oscillator Start-up Timer (OST).
l CMOS technology for low power consumption.

l LCD operation current:
- Stand by current: < 1uA
- Start up current: < 10mA
