       CXSU6337  CXSU6337C series are CMOS-based PFM step-up DC-DC Converter. The converter can xUM嘉泰姆

start up by supply voltage as low as 0.8V, and capable of delivering maximumxUM嘉泰姆

 200mA output current at 3.3V output with 1.8V input Voltage. Quiescent xUM嘉泰姆

current drawn from power source is as low as 5.5uA. All of these features make xUM嘉泰姆

CXSU6337 series be suitable for the portable devices, which are supplied by axUM嘉泰姆

 single battery to four-cell batteries.To reduce the noise caused by the switch xUM嘉泰姆

regulator, CXSU6337 is well considerate in circuit design and manufacture,xUM嘉泰姆

so that the interferer toother circuits by the device is reduced greatly.xUM嘉泰姆

       CXSU6337 integrates stable reference circuits and trimming technology, so itxUM嘉泰姆

can afford high precision and low temperature-drift coefficient of the output voltage.xUM嘉泰姆

  CXSU6337 is available in SOT-89-3, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5 and TO-92 packages, xUM嘉泰姆

which is PB free. And in 5-pin packages, such as SOT-23-5, the device can be xUM嘉泰姆

switch on or off easily by CE pin, to minimize the standby supply current.xUM嘉泰姆
