      The CXTP6508 is a regulated +12V, 30mA-output,chargepump DC-DC converter. It providesQVC嘉泰姆

the necessary +12V ±5% output to program byte-wide flash memories, and requiresQVC嘉泰姆

no inductors to deliver a guaranteed 30mA output from inputs as low as 4.75V. ItQVC嘉泰姆

fits into less than 0.1in2 of board space. The CXTP6508 is a pin-compatibleQVC嘉泰姆

upgrade to the CXTP6508, and is recommended for new designs. The CXTP6508 offersQVC嘉泰姆

lower quiescent and shutdown currents, and guarantees the output current over allQVC嘉泰姆

temperature ranges.QVC嘉泰姆

  The CXTP6508 is the first charge-pump boost converter to provide a regulated +12VQVC嘉泰姆

output. It requires only a few inexpensive capacitors, and the entire circuit is QVC嘉泰姆

completely surface-mountable.A logic-controlled shutdown pin that interfaces directly QVC嘉泰姆

with microprocessors reduces the supply current to only 0.3μA. The CXTP6508 comes in QVC嘉泰姆

8-pin narrow SO and DIP packages.QVC嘉泰姆
