 It can work at very low voltage, which makes it perfect for system reset.opu嘉泰姆

       CXDR7531C CXDR7531D is composed of high precision voltage reference, comparator, opu嘉泰姆

delay circuit, output driver and resistor array. Internally preset detect voltage has a low temperature drift and requires no external trimming. opu嘉泰姆

Only CMOS type is available. opu嘉泰姆

  CXDR7531C  CXDR7531D is available in small size SOT23 package which is Pb free.opu嘉泰姆
