一.产品概述NoE嘉泰姆

CXLE8145 CXLE8146 is a low noise, high efficiency, and constant frequency charge pump DC/DC NoE嘉泰姆

converter for white LED application. The operation frequency is 1MHz. CXLE8145 works NoE嘉泰姆

in load switch (1×) and fractional (1.5×) modes with four independent control outputs, NoE嘉泰姆

each channel can provide 20mA constant current precisely from a 2.8V to 5.5V supply. NoE嘉泰姆

Only two external 1μF and two 0.47μF capacitors are required to build a compact and NoE嘉泰姆

low-cost power supply solution. BCXLE8145uses EN pin for simple on/off control and NoE嘉泰姆

single wire serial pulse dimming in 16 steps. A low current shutdown feature disconnects NoE嘉泰姆

the load from VIN and reduces quiescent current to less than 1μA. NoE嘉泰姆
