   The JTSU8665 IS step-up DC/DC converters designed to drive up to 8 LEDs jm4嘉泰姆

in series from a Li-Ion cell. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical jm4嘉泰姆

LED currents and eliminates the need for ballast resistors. These devices jm4嘉泰姆

integrate the Schottky diode required externally on competing devices. jm4嘉泰姆

Additional features include output voltage limiting when LEDs are disconnected, jm4嘉泰姆

onepin shutdown and dimming control. The JTSU8665 has internal soft-start. jm4嘉泰姆

The JTSU8665 switches at 1.2MHz, allowing the use of tiny external components. jm4嘉泰姆

Constant frequency switching results in low input noise and a small output capacitor. jm4嘉泰姆

 Just 0.22μF is required for 4-, 6- or 8-LED applications. The JTSU8665 is jm4嘉泰姆

available in low profile(1mm)6-lead  jm4嘉泰姆
