一.产品概述qCX嘉泰姆

    The CXDC6574 is a current-mode step-down DC-DC converter that generates up to 3A output current at 380kHz switching frequency. The device utilizes advanced BCD process for operation with input voltage up to +23V consuming only 55μA in shutdown mode, the CXDC6574 is highly efficient with peak efficiency at 90% when in operation.qCX嘉泰姆

    Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown, and frequency fold back at short circuit. The CXDC6574 is available in SOP-8 package and requires very few external devices for operation. qCX嘉泰姆

   It can replace TD1410/MP9141 without change external components and PCB layout.qCX嘉泰姆

    If Vin is over 12V, if not use pin7 function , can pull-up a 100K ohm to Vin input with a pull-up resistor, be better not short to Vin dirrectly. qCX嘉泰姆
