          The CXAD4173 is a 3W high efficiency filterless mono class-D audio power amplifier in a SOP8 package,it has high PSRR and differential input that eliminate noise and RF rectification. 

         The CXAD4173 features like 90% efficiency and small PCB area make the CXAD4173 class-D amplifier ideal for cellular handsets. A low noise, filterless PWM architecture eliminates the output f i l t e r, r e d u c i n g e x t e r n a l c o m p o n e n t c o u n t , system cost, and simplifying design. 

         The CXAD4173 features short circuit protection and OTP(over temperature protection) thermal shutdown and UVLO(under voltage lockout). The CXAD4173 is available in SOP-8 package.
