CXDC65111系列产品是把线圈和控制用IC集成为一体的超小型(2.5mm×2.15mm, h=1.05mm)降压DC/DC转换器。只在外部增加2个陶瓷电容即可提供最大400mA的负载电流。由于内置了线圈使电路变得简单,把由电路布线而引起的噪声和工作故障抑制在最小程度。</span>工作电压范围为1.8V(2.0V)~6.0V,能对应用碱性电池(2个)或AC适配器(5V)等提供功率电源的应用目的。能从内部固定(0.8V~4.0V)的产品和外部设定的产品中选择输出电压。CXDC65111系列产品能从轻负载到高负载整个负载范围内实现低纹波,高效率,能延长蓄电池的工作时间。</span>此外,还备有软启动,CL自动放电功能,从CE引脚输入低电平信号可以使IC成待机状态。The CXDC65110/CXDC65111 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in
one tiny package (2.5mm×2.15mm, h=1.05mm). A stable power supply with an output current of 400mA is configured using only
two capacitors connected externally.
An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring.
A wide operating voltage range of 1.8V (2.0V) to 6.0V enables support for applications that require an alkaline battery (2-cell) or
AC adapter (5V) power supply. An internally fixed output voltage (0.8V to 4.0V) or an externally set output voltage can be selected.
The CXDC65110/CXDC65111 series uses synchronous rectification at an operating frequency of 3.0MHz. PWM control (CXDC65110) or
automatic PWM/PFM switching control (CXDC65111) can be selected. The CXDC65110 series has a fixed frequency, enabling the
suppression of output ripple. The CXDC65111 series achieves high efficiency while holding down output ripple across the full range of
loads, from light to heavy, enabling the extension of battery operation time.
Soft start and on/off functions with CL discharge are provided, and the IC can be put in the standby state by inputting a Low level
