    CXLD64202系列是采用CMOS工艺,工作电压为28V的正电压调整器芯片。内部由基准电压源,误差放大器,驱动晶体管,限制电流电路,过热保护电路,相位补偿电路等构成。输出电压由内部激光微调,可在1.8V~18.0V的范围内,以0.1V间隔进行设定。稳定输出用电容CL还可与陶瓷电容等低ESR电容相对应。内置了过电流保护电路和过热保护电路,当输出电流达到限制电流或结温度达到限制温度时,保护电路开始工作。采用CE功能停止电压调整器的输出,达到待机模式。大幅度降低了待机模式时的消耗电流The CXLD64202 series are positive voltage regulator ICs manufactured using CMOS process with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal protection circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within the range of 1.8V to 18V which fixed by laser trimming technologies. The output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current reaches current limit level or the junction temperature reaches temperature limit level. The CE function enables the output to be turned off and the IC becomes a stand-by mode resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. Packages are selectable depending on the applications from SOT-25, SOT-89, SOT-89-5, USP-6C, SOT-223, and TO-252.Xje嘉泰姆
