CXLD64212是实现了高精度,低噪声,高纹波除去率,低压差的CMOS工艺带Green Operation(GO)功能的双路LDO电压调整器IC。内部由基准电压源,误差放大器,驱动晶体管,限制电流电路,相位补偿电路等构成。本IC能适应输出电流自动地转换IC自身的消耗电流,以同时满足高速工作(HS模式)和低消耗电流(PS模式)而得到高效率的GO模式工作。转换点固定在IC内部,能适应应用的工作状况以最佳的消耗电流工作。此外,具有GO端子的封装如把GO端子调整到"H"电平将可固定在HS模式。通过EN端子能停止各个调整器的输出成待机状态。此外CXLD64212在待机状态时,由VOUT端子-VSS端子之间的内部开关可使稳定输出电容(CL)的充电电荷放电。此放电功能可使VOUT端子高速地返回到VSS电平。稳定输出的电容的(CL)可使用陶瓷电容等低ESR电容。激光微调能以0.05V的间隔内部设定0.8V~4.0V范围的输出电压限流电路(foldback电路)能在限制输出电流和保护输出端子短路时工作。</span>aJu嘉泰姆
The CXLD64212 series is a high accurate, low noise, high ripple rejection, and low dropout CMOS Dual regulator with
GreenOperation function. The series includes a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current limiter, and a phase
compensation circuit.
GreenOperation function provides high speed operation, low power consumption and high efficiencies by automatically
switching between a high speed mode (HS) and a power save mode (PS) depending on the load current level. The
switching point of the GreenOperation to the output current is being fixed inside the IC, thus providing operating conditions
with the most suitable level of supply current for the application. The USP-6C package has GO pin. If a high level singal is
input to the GO pin, the CXLD64212 can be used as a high speed fixed mode regulator.
The EN function turns each output of the two regulators independently. In this state, the electric charge at the output
capacitor (CL) is discharged via the internal auto-discharge switch, and as a result the VOUT voltage quickly returns to the VSS
level. The output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. Output voltage is
selectable in 0.05V increments within a range of 0.8V ~4.0V, using laser trimming technologies. The series includes a
fold-back circuit, which aids the operation of the current limiter and circuit protection.
