 The CXSD62317 is a dual high-efficiency Pulse-Width-Modulated (PWM) step-down DC/DC Fr2嘉泰姆

converter. It is capable of delivering 1.5A output current over a wide input voltage range from Fr2嘉泰姆

2.3V to 6V, the CXSD62317 is ideally suited for portable electronic devices that are powered Fr2嘉泰姆

from 1-cell Li-ion battery or from other power sources within the range such as cellular phones,Fr2嘉泰姆

PDAs and other handheld devices. Two operational modes are available. PWM/Low-Dropout Fr2嘉泰姆

auto-switch and shutdown modes. Internal synchronous rectifier with low RDS(ON) dramaticallyFr2嘉泰姆

 reduces conduction loss at PWM mode. No external Schottky diode is required in practical Fr2嘉泰姆

application. The CXSD62317 enters Low-Dropout mode when normal PWM cannot provide Fr2嘉泰姆

regulated output voltage by continuously turning on the upper PMOS. The CXSD62317 enterFr2嘉泰姆

 shutdown Mode And consumes less than 0.1μA when EN pin  is pulled low.Fr2嘉泰姆
