CXFA3169 CXFA3170是一种高性能的正电压调节器,设计用于需要非常低的压降,最高可达0.5安培的应用。CXFA3169/CXFA3170 VO输出电压是VSET电压的1.6倍,直到达到VIN电压。VSET电压必须大于1V才能保证VO 1.6倍的VSET。当电压过低时,一个FON管脚使VO输出完全打开。CXFA3169/CXFA3170对线路、负载和温度的变化提供了极好的调节。CXFA3169/CXFA3170在power SOP-8包中提供

The CXFA3169/CXFA3170 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 0.5 Amps. The CXFA3169/CXFA3170 VO output voltage follows the 1.6 times of VSET voltage until it reaches VIN voltage. The VSET voltage must be larger than 1V to guarantee VO 1.6 times of VSET. An FON pin turns VO output fully on when given low. The CXFA3169/CXFA3170 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature. The CXFA3169/CXFA3170is available in the power SOP-8 package
