CXMD3296是一款用于数码相机等的4+2通道H桥电机驱动芯片。它有四个全摆幅/恒压驱动器和一个全摆幅/恒流驱动器。CXMD3296可以在串行控制模式或部分外部控制模式下操作。在部分外部控制模式下运行时,每个通道的模式由初始串行控制设置固定。在串行控制模式下工作时,可以通过串行控制设置每个驱动器的模式。

所有电源系统(VCC、VM12、VM345)都可以设置独立的电源

CXMD3296 is a 4+2 channel H-Bridge motor drivers IC for the digital camera and so on. It has four full-swing/ constant voltage drivers and one full-swing/constant current drivers. CXMD3296 can be operated in serial control mode or partial exterior control mode. When operating in partial exterior control mode, the mode of each CH is fixed by initial serial control setting. When operating in serial control mode, the mode of each driver can be setting by serial control.

Built in 1 constant current drivers for shutter or IRIS
Low on-resistance (1.2Ω, sum of on-resistance of upside and bottom side).
Output current:IOUT<=0.8A(max.) for each channel
Build-in thermal shutdown (TSD, 150°C) CH1/2 corresponds to STM control of 2-2 phase or 1-2 phase
Built in exclusive control mode: CH13/23 (for STM-B) the combination control mode of 5CH is set
Built in exclusive control mode: CH35 (for DCM), the combination control mode of 6CH is set
All power supply systems (VCC, VM12, VM345) can be set up with an independent power supply
Power save mode corresponds by serial control setup
PI (photo interrapter drive) 3 channel built-in
PR Comparator 2 channel built-in.
Small 28QFN (4×4mm) is adopted.
