CXCL6528A CXCL6528C是一个超低导通电阻配电开关,具有内部软启动控制。该器件是一个N沟道MOSFET,只需要从0.95V到5.5V的一个输入电压。内置的内部电荷泵功能使N-MOS开关偏压,以实现最小的导通电阻。CXCL6528可以由其他电源系统启用。拉动并保持EN引脚低于0.4V将关闭输出。该装置采用无铅WLCSP 0.9x1.4-6封装

The CXCL6528 is an ultra-low on-resistance, power-distribution switch with internal soft start control. The device is an N-channel MOSFET which needs only one input voltage from 0.95V to 5.5V. Built in internal charge pump function biases the N-MOS switch to achieve a minimum switch on-resistance. The CXCL6528 can be enabled by other power system. Pulling and holding the EN pin below 0.4V shuts off the output. The device is available in lead free WLCSP 0.9x1.4-6 package
