CXLD6467系列是一组正电压输出,低功耗,低功耗压降,三端稳压器。可提供250mA输出电流输入/输出电压差降至400毫伏(车辆识别号=4.0伏,输出电压=3.0伏)极低功耗的CXLD6467(Iq=3.0uA)可以大大提高电池的自然寿命。可提供0.1V步进1.2V~6.0V范围内的输出值。它还可以根据命令定制

dropout voltage, three terminal regulator. It can provide 250mA output current whenjVh嘉泰姆

input / output voltage differential drops to 400mV(Vin =4.0V、Vout=3.0V)。ThejVh嘉泰姆

very low power consumption of CXLD6467 (Iq=3.0uA)can greatly improve jVh嘉泰姆

natural life of batteries.jVh嘉泰姆

      CXLD6467 can provide output value in the range of 1.2V~6.0V in 0.1V steps. jVh嘉泰姆

It also can customized on command.jVh嘉泰姆

      CXLD6467 includes high accuracy voltage reference, error amplifier, currentjVh嘉泰姆

 limit circuit and output driver module.jVh嘉泰姆

      CXLD6467 has well load transient response and good temperature characteristic, jVh嘉泰姆

which can assure the stability of chip and power system. And it uses trimming jVh嘉泰姆

technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within±2%.jVh嘉泰姆

    CXLD6467 is available in SOT-89-3、SOT-23-3,TO-92 packages which is lead free,itjVh嘉泰姆
