CXLE81105增压转换器包含一个0.46Ω的内部开关。该集成电路工作在恒定频率600千赫,允许使用微型,低成本和低高度的电感和电容器。集成电路的工作电压为2.7伏至7伏。采用大补偿电容器消除启动时的大涌流。恒定频率电流模式的PWM结构导致低,可预测的输出噪声。该CXL8105包括按周期700毫安电流限制,以最大限度地提高电感电流和过温保护电路。当VOUT超过26V时,将启用过电压保护。LED的电流由FB和GND之间连接的电阻器设置

The CXLE81105 boost converter contains a 0.46Ω internal switch. The IC operates at constant frequency 600 kHz, allowing the use of tiny, low cost and low height inductors and capacitors. The IC operates from a 2.7V to 7V supply voltage. High inrush current at start-up is eliminated using large compensation capacitor. Constant frequency current mode PWM architecture results in low, predictable output noise. The CXLE81105 includes cycle-by-cycle 700mA current limit to maximize inductor current and over-temperature protection circuit. The over-voltage protection will be enabled when VOUT exceeds 26V. The current of LED is set by a resistor connected between FB and GND. The CXLE81105 is available in TDFN2X2-6 package.
