     CXES4292是一款以PMOS功率管作为开关管的电源开关芯片。当超载发生时,CXES4292将输出电流调整到用户设定的值以防止负载损坏。在不同的应用环境下,可通过调节SET端的电阻值来控制限流电流的大小。典型条件下,静态电流低至8μA,关断电流0.1μA,适宜于手持便携设备中使用。另外,CXES4292还具有过温保护关断和欠压保护关断功能,以保证芯片的可靠性。The CXES4291/CXES4292 are Current Limited P-channel MOSFET power switches designed for high-side loadswitching applications. The internal current-limiting circuit protects the input supply against large output short circuit current which may cause the supply to fall out of regulation. The current limit threshold is programmed with an external resistor from SET Pin to ground. The quiescent supply current is typically 8μA, making the device ideal for portable battery-operated equipment. In shutdown mode, the supply current decreases to less than 0.1μA. Additional features include thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure from high current loads, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) to ensure that the device remains off unless there is a valid input voltage present. The CXES4291/CXES4292 are available in 5 pin SOT-23 packages.
