ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external component makes it ByD嘉泰姆
an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.CXPR7181 has all the ByD嘉泰姆
protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, ByD嘉泰姆
overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The ByD嘉泰姆
accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization ByD嘉泰姆
charging.The low standby current drains little current from the cell while ByD嘉泰姆
in storage.The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, butByD嘉泰姆
