CXDR7547F CXDR7547H系列为内置延迟电路的电压检测器。采用CMOS工艺和激光微调技术,实现了高精度, 低电流消耗。检测电压精度高,且温度漂移极小。输出电路有N沟开漏和CMOS 2种。因内置延迟电路,所以不需要外置元件,可实现高密度安装。The CXDR7547F CXDR7547H series are highly accurate, low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured using CMOS and laser
trimming technologies. A delay circuit is built-in to each detector.
Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift.
Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available.
Since the delay circuit is built-in, peripherals are unnecessary and high density mounting is possible.
