目录7.相关产品 产品概述 返回TOP CXLD64177/CXLD64207系列是采用CMOS工艺，28V耐压的正电压调整器芯片。与同类型的本公司产品CXLD64166系列相比，耐压范围提高了8V。由于采用了CMOS工艺，消耗电流只有5μA，是一款充分考虑了环保节能的产品。稳定输出的电容（CL）可以采用低ESR的陶瓷电容，并且实现了高耐压，低消耗电流，所以可以用在手机,数码相机,车载音响,车载导航系统,笔记本电脑上，并且还可以用于家用电器等广泛的市场上。芯片内置过流保护和过热保护，如果输出电流达到了限制电流或者结点温度达到了限制温度，保护电路就开始工作。芯片使能端可以关断电压调整器输出，进入待机模式，此时可以极大地降低芯片消耗电流。CXLD64177/CXLD64207 series are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within the range of 2.0V to 12V using laser trimming technologies. With external resistors, the output voltage range can be expanded from 2.0V to 23V. The output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current reaches current limit level or the junction temperature reaches temperature limit level. The CE function enables the output to be turned off and the IC becomes a stand-by mode resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. 产品特点 返回TOP
