make the    CXLB7254 ideally suited for portable applications.8Pq嘉泰姆

Furthermore, the    CXLB7254 is specifically designed to8Pq嘉泰姆

work within USB power specifications.8Pq嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking8Pq嘉泰姆

diode is required due to the internal MOSFET8Pq嘉泰姆

architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge8Pq嘉泰姆

current to limit the die temperature during high power8Pq嘉泰姆

operation or high ambient temperature. The charge8Pq嘉泰姆

voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be8Pq嘉泰姆

programmed externally with a single resistor. The8Pq嘉泰姆

CXLB7254 automatically terminates the charge cycle when8Pq嘉泰姆

the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value8Pq嘉泰姆

after the final float voltage is reached.8Pq嘉泰姆

When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is8Pq嘉泰姆

removed, the    CXLB7254 automatically enters a low current8Pq嘉泰姆

state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA.8Pq嘉泰姆

The    CXLB7254 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing8Pq嘉泰姆

the supply current to 50uA.8Pq嘉泰姆
