     CXSD61021A is a wide input voltage, high efficiency CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode. CXSD61021A provides up to 3A output current at 125kHz switching frequency. CXSD61021A provides OVP pin for output over voltage protection. If the voltage at this pin exceeds 1.25V then OVP circuit will turn off the PWM and cut off the output until the voltage of OVP pin lower than 1.25V. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown, and frequency foldback at short circuit. The devices are available in a SOP-8EP package and require very few external devices for operation.0Hm嘉泰姆
