               CXLB73123is a complete constant-current & constant voltage linear charger for single cellLch嘉泰姆

lithium-ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries.  Its SOT-23 package and low external component countLch嘉泰姆

make CXLB73123 ideally suited for portable applications.   Furthermore, the CXLB73123 isLch嘉泰姆

specifically designed to work within USB power specification. At the same time, CXLB73123 can alsoLch嘉泰姆

be used in the standalone lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer battery chargers.Lch嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internalLch嘉泰姆

MOSFET architecture.  Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the dieLch嘉泰姆

temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixedLch嘉泰姆

at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB73123Lch嘉泰姆

automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmedLch嘉泰姆

When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB73123 automaticallyLch嘉泰姆

enters a low current stage, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA. The CXLB73123 canLch嘉泰姆

be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 20uA.Lch嘉泰姆

Other features include charge current monitor, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge and a Lch嘉泰姆
