CXHA3175 CXHA3176是一个温度传感器,Delta Sigma模数转换器,带SMBus接口的数字过温探测器。主机可以随时查询CXHA3175 CXHA3176读取温度。当温度超过可编程限制时,开漏超温停机(O.S.)输出激活。该引脚可以在“比较器”或“中断”模式下工作。主机可以对温度报警阈值(TOS)和报警条件消失的温度(THYST)进行编程。此外,主机可以读回CXHA3175、CXHA3176的TOS和THYST寄存器的内容。传感器在比较器模式下通电,默认阈值为50°C至45°C THYST。对于CXHA3175 CXHA3176-1和80°C TOS,对于CXHA3175 CXHA3176-2为75°C THYST。

The CXHA3175 CXHA3176 is a temperature sensor, Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converter, and digital over- temperature detector with SMBus interface. The host can query the CXHA3175 CXHA3176 at any time to read temperature. The open-drain Over temperature Shutdown (O.S.) output becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. This pin can operate in either “Comparator” or “Interrupt” mode. The host can program both the temperature alarm threshold (TOS) and the temperature at which the alarm condition goes away (THYST). In addition, the host can read back the contents of the CXHA3175 CXHA3176's TOS and THYST registers. The sensor powers up in Comparator mode with default thresholds of 50°C TOS 45°C THYST. for CXHA3175 CXHA3176-1 and 80°C TOS , 75°C THYST for CXHA3175 CXHA3176-2.
