一,产品概述(General Description)

   The CXSD6141  CXSD6141B  is a wide input range, high-efficiency,and high frequency DC-to-DCJEp嘉泰姆

step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 0.7A of output current. JEp嘉泰姆

With a fixed switching frequency of 660KHz, this current mode PWM controlled JEp嘉泰姆

converter allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input andJEp嘉泰姆

output caps, as well as small inductors.CXSD6141 also employs a proprietary control JEp嘉泰姆

scheme that switches the device into a power save mode during light load, thereby JEp嘉泰姆

extending the range of high efficiency operation. An OVP function protects the ICJEp嘉泰姆

itself and its downstream system against input voltage surges. With this OVPJEp嘉泰姆

function, the IC can stand off input voltage as high as 42V, making it an idealJEp嘉泰姆

solution for industrial applications such as smart meters as well as automotiveJEp嘉泰姆

applications.JEp嘉泰姆

  In automotive systems, power comes from the battery, with its voltage typically JEp嘉泰姆

between 9V and 24V. Including cold crank and double battery jump-starts, JEp嘉泰姆

the minimum input voltage may be as low as 4V and the maximum up to 36V, with JEp嘉泰姆

even higher transient voltages. With these high input voltages, linear regulators cannot JEp嘉泰姆

be used for high supply currents without overheating the regulator. Instead, high efficiency JEp嘉泰姆

switching regulators such as CXSD6141 must be used to minimize thermal dissipation.JEp嘉泰姆

  CXSD6141 is available SOT23-6 Packages.JEp嘉泰姆
