General Description q4c嘉泰姆

The APR3011,APR3012,APR3013 are designed to monitor voltage sup-q4c嘉泰姆

plies in µP and digital systems. The quiescent current isq4c嘉泰姆

extremely low, typically 1.5µA, making it ideal for portableq4c嘉泰姆

battery operated equipment. The APR3011/2/3 operateq4c嘉泰姆

by monitoring the system power supply voltage. Whenq4c嘉泰姆

the input voltage drops below a fixed threshold, the de-q4c嘉泰姆

vice asserts a reset signal for a fixed time period after Vccq4c嘉泰姆

rises above the fixed threshold. The APR3011/2/3 seriesq4c嘉泰姆

are available with three output stage versions: APR3011q4c嘉泰姆

push-pull active low output, APR3012 push-pull activeq4c嘉泰姆

high output, and APR3013 open drain active low output.q4c嘉泰姆

They are also designed to reject fast line transient glitchesq4c嘉泰姆

on VCC. The APR3011/2/3 come in a miniature SOT-23-3,q4c嘉泰姆
