DC fan motor. The output signal of this IC is the amplified8Gj嘉泰姆

hall input signal. It is suitable for both game machine8Gj嘉泰姆

and CPU cooler that need silent drivers. The device is8Gj嘉泰姆

equipped with built-in lock protection. When fan is locked,8Gj嘉泰姆

the device will enter the lockup protection mode. It is also8Gj嘉泰姆

with thermal protection function. In normal operation, sup-8Gj嘉泰姆

ply current is less than 5mA; however, in lock mode, it is8Gj嘉泰姆

just around 150µA, moreover, this feature will shutdown8Gj嘉泰姆
