CXSU63150系列是可以从外部输入参考电压(Vref)的升压型DC/DC控制器。输出电压由外接电阻(RFB1,2)和参考电压Vref设定。这个系列可以方便地由外部设定输出电压,适用于用软件来改变电压的应用,比如PDA的LCD电源。不管使用哪种负载电容,输出都能保持稳定。在使用低ESR电容的时候,需要使用一个0.1Ω的RSENSE用作相位补偿。这使得使用陶瓷电容更简单并且降低了输出的纹波,减小了PCB板的使用面积。也可以使用钽电容和电解电容,这种情况下,不需要使用RSENSE。有高振荡频率,低纹波的300kHz产品,也有低工作电流的100kHz产品。当这个系列进入待机模式(CE/PWM端子:“L”),工作电流可以减小到1.0μA以下。The CXSU63150 / CXSU63151 series are step-up DC/DC controller ICs with an externally applied reference voltage (Vref).
Output voltage will be set with external resistors (RFB1 and 2) and Vref value. The series make it easy to control output
voltage externally and are suited to software applications that need to vary voltage, such as LCD power supply for PDA.
Output will be stable no matter which load capacitors are used but if a low ESR capacitor is used, RSENSE of about 0.1Ω will
be required and phase compensation will be achieved. This makes the use of ceramic capacitors much easier, and allows for
lower output ripple and reduced PCB area requirements. Tantalum and electrolytic capacitors can also be used, in which
case, RSENSE becomes unnecessary.
Oscillation frequencies of high clock, low ripple 300kHz and low supply current 100kHz are available.
The CXSU63151 series are PWM/PFM automatic switching controlled. Control switches from PWM to PFM during light loads with
the CXSU63151 and the series is highly efficient from light loads to large output currents. By bringing the whole circuit down
while the series is in the stand-by mode (CE/PWM pin: low), supply current can be reduced to less than 1.0μA.Jzp嘉泰姆
