The CXSD62494 CXSD62494P is a high efficiency, high frequency synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 2A output current. The CXSD62494 CXSD62494P operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 6.5V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low R_DS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. NPh嘉泰姆
