一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downR9X嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of R9X嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageR9X嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromR9X嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage R9X嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzR9X嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as R9X嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,R9X嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output R9X嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal R9X嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for R9X嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start R9X嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and R9X嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is R9X嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 PackageR9X嘉泰姆
