    CXSD61022A is a wide input voltage, high efficiency CC step-down DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode. CXSD61022A provides up to 2.5A output current at 125kHz switching frequency.Q8y嘉泰姆
      CXSD61022A provides OVP pin for output over voltage protection.Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit,thermal shutdown, and frequency foldback at short circuit. The devices are available in a SOP-8EP package and require very few external devices for operation.Q8y嘉泰姆

a Constant On Time (COT) mode pulse widthQ8y嘉泰姆
modulation (PWM) converter with CC and CV control.Q8y嘉泰姆
The converter operates as follows:Q8y嘉泰姆
The main loop of CXSD61022A uses a COT mode controlQ8y嘉泰姆
which provides a very fast transient response with noQ8y嘉泰姆
external component and no need loop compensation.Q8y嘉泰姆
The CXSD61022A also adopt a proprietary circuit thatQ8y嘉泰姆
ensures enable use very low ESR capacitor to maintainQ8y嘉泰姆
loop stability.Q8y嘉泰姆
turns on. The high side MOSFET is turn off afterQ8y嘉泰姆
internal one shot timer expires. This one shot time isQ8y嘉泰姆
set by VIN and VOUT to maintain a constant frequency.Q8y嘉泰姆
The one shot timer is reset and high side MOSFETQ8y嘉泰姆
turns on again when feedback voltage falls below theQ8y嘉泰姆
reference voltage. An internal ramp is generating toQ8y嘉泰姆
simulate output ripple, eliminating the need for ESRQ8y嘉泰姆

high side MOSFET turns off, the SW node of theQ8y嘉泰姆
