          The CXSD6277/A/B series are designed to provide a low cost synchronoussL5嘉泰姆
Buck regulator for on-board DC to DC con-verter applications. The CXSD6277/A/BsL5嘉泰姆
series together with dual N-channel MOSFETs , provide asL5嘉泰姆
low cost solution for such applications. Each device fea-tures an internalsL5嘉泰姆
200/400kHz oscillator, Power-On-Reset (POR) for both VCC and VC supplies,sL5嘉泰姆
an external pro-grammable soft-start function as well as output under-sL5嘉泰姆

Connect this pin to the output (VOUT) of the PWM con-verter via an external resistor divider to provide a voltagesL5嘉泰姆
feedback path for the converter. The output voltage set by the resistor divider is determined using the following sL5嘉泰姆

for-where ROUT is the resistor connected from VOUT to FB, and RGND is the resistor connected from FB to sL5嘉泰姆

ground.The voltage at this pin is also monitored for Under-Volt-age protection.sL5嘉泰姆
VCC (Pin 2)sL5嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to input voltage from 5V to 20V. This pin provides the bias for the control circuitry and the sL5嘉泰姆

power MOSFET driver (LDRV). The voltage at this pin is monitored for Power-On-Reset (POR) purpose.sL5嘉泰姆
LDRV (Pin 3)sL5嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the low-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.sL5嘉泰姆
GND (Pin 4)sL5嘉泰姆
Signal and power ground for the IC. All voltage levels are measured with respect to this pin.sL5嘉泰姆
HDRV (Pin 5)sL5嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the high-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.sL5嘉泰姆
VC (Pin 6)sL5嘉泰姆
This pin provides bias voltage to the high-side MOSFET driver. A bootstrap circuit may be used to pump a bootsL5嘉泰姆
voltage for enforcing the driving capability of the gate driver and improving the performance of the MOSFET.sL5嘉泰姆
COMP (Pin 7)sL5嘉泰姆
This pin is the output of the error amplifier. Add an exter-nal resistor-capacitor network to provide a loop compen-sL5嘉泰姆
sation for the PWM converter.sL5嘉泰姆

SS (Pin 8)sL5嘉泰姆
Connect a capacitor from this pin to ground.This capacitor,along with an internal 20μA current source, sets the soft-sL5嘉泰姆
start interval of the PWM converter and prevents the out-puts from overshoot as well as limits the input current.sL5嘉泰姆

Pull this pin below 0.5V can shutdown the converter.sL5嘉泰姆
