The CXDR75137+PPM is part of an isolated energy measurement processor (EMP) chipset for polyphase power monitoring systems. It is designed for real-time monitoring for a variety of typical three-phase configurations in industrial applications. The device provides flexible sensor configuration for up to three CXDR75139s or CXDR75136s that provide up to six isolated analog inputs for interfacing to voltage and current sensors. Scaled voltages from the sensors are fed to the isolated front-end utilizing a high-resolution delta-sigma converter. Supported current sensors include resistive shunts and current transformers (CTs). An embedded 24-bit measurement processor and firmware perform all necessary computations and data formatting for accurate reporting to the host. With integrated flash memory for storing nonvolatile calibration coefficients and device configuration settings, the CXDR75137+PPM can be a completely autonomous solution. The CXDR75137+PPM is designed to interface to the host processor through the UART, SPI, or I2C interfaces, and is available in a 24-pin TQFN package.
