摘要：CXLD6481系列是高精度、低噪声、低功耗的能够提供超过800毫安的输出电流，并具有最大辍学率。 800毫安时电压为1.0伏（CXLD6481-1.8伏）。该系列包含三个固定输出电压 1.2V、1.8V和2.5V，没有维持调节的最低负载要求。片上微调将参考/输出电压调整到±2%的精度范围内。内部保护其特点包括输出电流限制、安全工作区补偿和热关机。

一,产品概述(General Description) SMr嘉泰姆
The CXLD6481 series are highly accurate, low noise,LDO Voltage Regulators that are SMr嘉泰姆

capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 800mA with a maximum dropout SMr嘉泰姆

voltage of 1.0V at 800mA（CXLD6481-1.8V）.This series contains three fixed output voltages SMr嘉泰姆

of 1.2V,1.8 V and 2.5V that have no minimum load requirement to maintain regulation.On chipSMr嘉泰姆

trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±2% accuracy. Internal protection SMr嘉泰姆

features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. SMr嘉泰姆

The CXLD6481series can operate with up to 15 V input. Devices are available in SOT223SMr嘉泰姆
