The APW7068 integrates synchronous buck PWM, linearvv5嘉泰姆

controller, and 0.8V Reference Out Voltage, as well asvv5嘉泰姆

the monitoring and protection functions into a singlevv5嘉泰姆

package. The fixed 300kHz switching frequency synchro-vv5嘉泰姆

nous PWM controller drives dual N-channel MOSFETs,vv5嘉泰姆

which provides one controlled power output with over-vv5嘉泰姆

voltage and over-current protections. Linear controllervv5嘉泰姆

drives an external N-channel MOSFET with under-volt-vv5嘉泰姆

age protection.vv5嘉泰姆

The APW7068 provides excellent regulation for output loadvv5嘉泰姆

variation. An internal 0.8V temperature-compensated ref-vv5嘉泰姆

erence voltage is designed to meet the requirement ofvv5嘉泰姆

low output voltage applications.vv5嘉泰姆

The APW7068 with excellent protection functions: POR,vv5嘉泰姆

OCP, OVP and UVP. The Power-On-Reset (POR) circuitvv5嘉泰姆

can monitor VCC12 supply voltage exceeds its thresholdvv5嘉泰姆

voltage while the controller is running, and a built-in digi-vv5嘉泰姆

tal soft-start provides both outputs with controlled risingvv5嘉泰姆

voltage. The Over-Current Protection (OCP) monitors thevv5嘉泰姆
