二,产品概述(General Description)  
   JTM6772 is a high performance, highly integrated QR (Quasi Resonant Mode) and Primary Side Regulation (PSR) power switch for offline small power converter
applications.
     JTM6772 has proprietary super-QR/PSRTM control  for high efficiency and low EMI, which can ensure system to meet EPS Level 6 energy standard. The IC also has built-in cable drop compensation function to achieve excellent CV performance.
    JTM6772 uses Multi Mode Control to improve efficiency and reliability and to decrease audio noise energy @ light loadings. JTM6772 also integrates the function of “Max. Frequency Clamping @ Output  Short Circuit” to limits power MOJTMET Vds spike
when output short circuits occurs.
    JTM6772 integrates functions and protections of FB  Short Protection, Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), VDD Over Voltage Protection (VDD OVP), Output Over Voltage Protection (Output OVP), Soft Start,Cycle-by-cycle Current Limiting (OCP), Pin Floating
Protection, VDD Clamping.JTM6772 is available in SOP8 package

PCB Layout 注意事项
1、PCB Layout时地线尽可能短,IC的地和变压器的地分开接到输入电解电容的地。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>2、控制电路上所有的地先连起来然后一起连到输入电解电容的地。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>3、FB上下偏电阻要靠近FB脚,可以降低噪音耦合。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>4、VDD 脚的电容要尽量靠近VDD脚,得到好的去耦效果。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>5、输入π型滤波的两个电解电容地线的负极之间建议加一个102 阻抗1K 0805的贴片<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>磁珠,这样可以得到好的EMI 。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>6、初级RCD 吸收电路中的二极管负极需要串联1个100R 的贴片电阻,可以改善EMI。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>7、VCC 电压建议设计范围为12-23V。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>
变压器注意事项<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>1、变压器设计时反射电压Vro 按照100V左右计算,占空比≤50%设计。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>2、低压输入90V 时系统频率设计在50-60KHz。<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"/>3、电感量取值是普通PSR 电路的电感量1.3倍。</strong>
