limit the power dissipation on chip.It is considered that LED is shorted  when the cathode voltage of LED istbR嘉泰姆

 higher than short connecting threshold and remains over 60us CXLE8950 shuts down NMOSFET whentbR嘉泰姆

 LED is shorted and recovers after 13ms.tbR嘉泰姆

       CXLE8950 provides over thermal protection. When the temperature of CXLE8950 exceed 135 , OTPtbR嘉泰姆

is trigged. CXLE8950 shuts down NMOSFET until the temperature decrease to 110tbR嘉泰姆
