     The CXLB7260 is a complete constant current & constant voltage linear charger for single cell 
LZy嘉泰姆

lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT package and low  external component count make the CXLB7260 ideallyLZy嘉泰姆

 suited for portable applications.LZy嘉泰姆

        Furthermore, the  CXLB7260 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.LZy嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFETLZy嘉泰姆

 architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during highLZy嘉泰姆

 power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge LZy嘉泰姆

current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB7260 automatically terminatesLZy嘉泰姆

 the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final floatLZy嘉泰姆

 voltage is reached.LZy嘉泰姆

           When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB7260  automaticallyLZy嘉泰姆

enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA. The CXLB7260 can  be LZy嘉泰姆

put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 50uA.LZy嘉泰姆

            Other features include Battery temperature monitor, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge LZy嘉泰姆

and two status pins to indicate charge and charge termination.LZy嘉泰姆
